1. Dispatch and Delivery Time: Delivery time begins once your payment has been cleared, and the item is dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 1-2 working days. Please note the estimated delivery times based on your location:
- For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
- For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
- For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.
2. Delivery Guarantees: While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, please note that our delivery partners and ourselves cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times as external factors may impact delivery schedules.
3. Undeliverable Packages: In the rare event that your parcel is returned to us, our customer service representative will contact you via email to arrange re-delivery or provide assistance.
4. Address Discrepancies: If there are any address discrepancies with your order resulting in the product being returned to us, a member of our customer care team will reach out to you. Please note that a re-delivery cost may apply for returned products.
5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in your mailbox to pick up your parcel at your local post office (for deliveries by Australia Post). For deliveries by Aramex or Allied Express, arrangements will be made in advance for redelivery. Please note that a re-delivery cost may apply if you are not home at the arranged time.
6. Receiver Rejection: To avoid parcel rejection, please ensure that the receiver is aware of the delivery. A re-delivery cost may occur if the parcel needs to be resent due to rejection.
7. Expected Delivery Timeframes: The expected delivery times provided by each courier partner are for reference only and may vary depending on various factors. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
8. Pick-up and Courier Arrangements: Pick-up or arranging your own courier service is not available at our warehouse to ensure efficient dispatch of all goods. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
9. Undeliverable Postcodes: While we endeavor to deliver to all Australian postcodes, there are some remote areas that may be undeliverable for certain products. In such cases, an extra shipping fee may be charged, or orders may be canceled and refunded automatically. Please contact your account manager for more information if needed.
10. International Shipping and P.O. Boxes: We currently do not offer international shipping, and we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
